Terms and Conditions

All under 18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. We may ask for photo ID such as a current driving licence or passport.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please call us on 01296 433033 as soon as possible and please be aware that this may shorten the amount of time available for your photoshoot or viewing.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

This will be the full cost of the photoshoot.

If you have been given a gift voucher, you will be required to pay a deposit of £35. This will be refunded once you have your viewing, or it can be used towards the cost of anything you order from us.

AMENDING APPOINTMENTS

If you need to change your appointment please contact us immediately.  Your initial payment, paid when booking your appointment, is not refundable.  If you wish to transfer your appointment your payment will only be transferable to another appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment date and for a maximum of 2 times.   If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time or you do not keep your appointment on the day then all payments paid are not transferable or refundable. Consideration will be taken for unavoidable circumstances e.g. death of family member, car accident, sickness etc.

If you have booked and paid for your photoshoot online, over the phone, by mail order, you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period unless your booking is within this timeframe.

Makeover photoshoots

Please make us aware if you know you have any known allergies. Although we take every effort to make sure our products and equipment are safe to use, PeachyPics.net and its staff will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction to the makeup products we use or injury or damage caused by hairstyling equipment.

If you are unhappy with how your hair or makeup has been done, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify it.

At your photoshoot

We aim to make you feel very comfortable at your photoshoot. We will get you to pose using techniques that will help get the best shot. If at any time you are unhappy or uncomfortable with any of the poses, please let us know and you can choose how you wish to pose.

If you are having a location shoot, please be aware that arrangements may have to be changed at the last minute due to weather conditions. Should this happen we will either move to another agreed location on that day, or rebook for another time.

Viewing your photos

Please see “Amending appointments”.

We aim to have your photos available to view within 1 week of having your photoshoot. With some photoshoots this service may be available on the same day.

You will be shown a selection of photographs with some examples of how we can apply effects ie black and white and or a plan of how they can be displayed in one or more of our frames. We reserve the right to perform editing such as softening skin tone, editing out items not desirable in the photo, or changing the size and shape of the photo.

Should you require extra editing of your photos, you may be subject to an additional charge which you will be advised of at the time.

Choosing the photos and products should be completed at your viewing. Payment will also be expected. You may be able to proof the layout of your frames at that time, or you will be given the opportunity to proof them on a separate date.

For larger orders, we may be able to make arrangements for you to pay half at the time of the viewing and settle the rest at a later date and not more than 2 months later. Photos and products will not be ordered until full payment is made. Should you fail to pay within the allotted time, we reserve the right to change your order to reflect the amount paid. We will consult with you on this. If we do not have any contact from you in this time, we reserve the right to keep any moneys paid.

If you change your mind about your order after it has been made, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. Refunds cannot be made, but we may be able to change it. You will incur an admin fee of 20% of the original order total for making changes after the order has been processed. If you wish to add items to your order, no fee will be required.

We aim to have your photos ready to take away within three weeks of viewing. You will be required to check your photos and products on collection and to sign them out. Any problems should be brought to our notice at that time so that we can rectify them. Should you discover any problems at a later date, please inform us as soon as possible.

Should you not arrange to view your photos within 1 month of having your photoshoot you may incur an admin fee of £10 for us to retrieve them from our archive. If you do not view your photos within 3 months of your photoshoot, we will take this as indication that you don’t want them and we may delete them from our files. You will not be entitled to a refund of your photoshoot.

Ownership of photographs

All photos taken by our photographers remain the copyright of PeachyPics.net. If you purchase a high resolution digital image from us, then we will grant you re-production rights for your own use.

We may wish to use some or all of your photos for promotional material within the studio, on our leaflets, website or Facebook Page. If this is the case, we will ask you for written permission.

All photos purchased by yourself will be kept on our files indefinitely so should you need another copy, we can retrieve it for you. All other photos are subject to be removed from our files 3 months after being taken.

Data Protection

Your personal information will only be used to contact you regarding your enquiry or booking. No information will be passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
